Lost or Stolen Tickets
Please treat your ticket as you would any other valuable or cash. Each ticket issued has a unique number, which is recorded by patron. The physical ticket is required for entrance.
Once patron accepts receipt of physical ticket, Banners at McNeese is no longer responsible and cannot refund or replace the ticket.
Lost in Transit
If your ticket was lost in postal transit, contact the Banners at McNeese office prior to the event. Because each ticket has a unique number, we will verify if that ticket is used at the event. We will require a credit card or alternate form of payment that will be processed only if that ticket number is used.
We do not keep a waiting list. People will generally sell their tickets on our Rouge et Blanc Facebook page if their plans change.
No One Under 21 Admitted
We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 on our site. This means babies, toddlers and teenagers. We make no exceptions.
What is Rouge et Blanc
Rouge et Blanc is a week long celebration of food and wine that culminates in a grand tasting at McNeese State University. It is the flagship fundraiser of Banners at McNeese, an arts and cultural program that serves a five parish area in Southwest Louisiana. See our About and History pages for more information.
What should I expect at the Grand Tasting
Rouge et Blanc is an outdoor event under the live oaks and across the lawn of the quad at McNeese State University. This is a tasting with each restaurant and wine vendor giving you a small sample of their best food and wine.
Rain or Shine
The Grand Tasting on Saturday, October 7, 2017 will occur no matter the weather unless the conditions are so adverse that the campus is closed. We have alternate plans in case of rain.
